Dear Gerry:

I am enclosing as promised a copy of the brief we just
filed regarding the unsealing of the court file in your case.

I am sure you would also want to know of a recent Oregon case in
which the court reversed protective orders that not only sealed
material but also required the plaintiff (who was suing Honda for
injuries sustained in using an all terrain vehicle) to return to
Honda all the documents obtained during discovery. The court not
only ordered that Honda return those documents to plaintiff's
counsel but agreed that they could be used to assist other
plaintiff's against Honda.
